OnlyFans vs Fansly vs Fanvue (2026)
All three keep 20% of fan payments as standard, so the same sales leave you the same amount on each. The real differences are payout timing, price limits and AI content rules. Here is what each platform's own terms say, side by side.

How to choose between them
Because the standard fee is identical, the platform where your audience already pays usually wins. Moving fans between platforms costs subscribers, and no fee difference exists here to make up for it. Beyond that, three things separate them.
- Cash flow. OnlyFans moves earnings to your withdrawable balance after 7 days for most creators and lets you set automatic payouts; the minimum is $20 for most methods (OnlyFans). Fanvue also uses a 7-day standard pending period but can extend it to 28 days, and aims to start payouts within 10 business days of a request (Fanvue).
- Pricing room. OnlyFans caps subscriptions at $50 a month and single PPV items at $100 (price, messages). If your model depends on higher price points, check the other two platforms' limits inside their dashboards.
- AI content. Fanvue allows AI-generated media with clear disclosure (community guidelines); OnlyFans requires AI content to be captioned as AI-generated (acceptable use policy); Fansly doesn't allow photorealistic AI-generated content (help center).

Frequently asked questions
Which is better, OnlyFans, Fansly or Fanvue?
On fees, none: all three keep 20% as standard. OnlyFans publishes the most detail on prices and payouts, Fanvue allows disclosed AI-generated media and can offer promotional rates to new creators, and Fansly doesn't allow photorealistic AI-generated content. Pick on where your audience already pays, then on payout timing and content rules.
Does Fanvue take less than OnlyFans?
Not on the standard rate. Fanvue's policy sets an 80% creator earning rate, the same as OnlyFans, but Fanvue can offer a temporary promotional rate, such as a higher share for newly onboarded creators. Check the rate offered in your account.
Which pays out faster?
OnlyFans and Fanvue both hold new earnings for 7 days as standard. OnlyFans extends that to 21 days in a few high-reversal countries, and Fanvue can extend it to 28 days. Fansly's terms don't publish a pending period.
Can AI creators use all three?
Their rules differ. OnlyFans requires AI-generated content to be clearly captioned, Fanvue allows AI-generated media with clear disclosure and consent rules for deepfaked or replicated media, and Fansly doesn't allow photorealistic AI-generated content.
